Hello all got a question I have a 03 WDP TL-S with the fog light cracked and bulp blown out.I ordered the Lexan aftermarket lens/Rockblocker yellow film to avoid the situation again.I was wondering in order to make all my headlights and Fog lights HID'S do I have to buy HID KITS or can I just get an upgrade to the wiring harness?If no HID KITS required any suggestions on BULBS/Harness(Live in nyc and PD HERE DONT PLAY...DONT want to be targeted for it..Thanks
