HID conversion kits

I have a '99 TL and my HID light on the passenger side stopped working. It first was flickering and I later found out the fuse blew out. After I put a new fuse in the HID light looked very dim so I took it to the dealer and had them replace the bulb. This worked for about a month and then the fuse blew again. I replaced the fuse and the light now works intermittently and then the fuse blows again. The dealer says its the inverter and says it'll cost $700 to fix it!!! So I looked on ebay and its cheaper to buy an HID conversion kit for about $200-$300 dollars. I'm guessing another $200 to get it installed by someone. Does anyone think this possible? Or has anyone had the same problem as me and had it fixed for a cheaper price?

you can do it yourself. Its very easy. Look into just buying 1 inverter. Used or new. If your wanting to check out our vendor Excelerate, he sells HID kits

No. His problem was with the inverter. Yours will probably turn out to be similar, either bulb or inverter
