HID acting weird...

So all of a sudden, my passenger side OEM HID that comes with the car (03 TL-S) suddenly turned from the white color to a purplish color. Why is this? it's not that cold anymore either...please let me know!

One of mine has changed to an ugly yellow and it's been like that for almost a year now. Prolly going to buy a pair of 6k bulbs on HIDextra. They seem to have one of these prices and everyone on here seems to like them.

I've heard that HIDextra (google them) has really good bulbs and they're about $35 a pair. I'm going to order a new set in the next couple days. I'm just deciding on 6k or 8k temperatures. Want something more luxury looking than a teenager rice burner going down the road. Cops love those (especially at 3 am).

HIDextra just emailed me a discout code and I ordered my bulbs today. If you use the code "tenpercentoff-m" at check out you get 10% off your item. She said that if you have to order multiple items you have to make multiple orders to get the 10% off each. Thought I'd pass it along.

alright so i just hooked up my hid fogs...left side won't work. it's not the ballast, the chord that hooks up from the ballast to the car, or the bulb itself. i switched them all one by one and the right side came on fine, but not the left side. can anybody help me with why this is? thanks.

You probably only needed new bulbs. I know you started your own thread about the ballast, but if it was just a color issue, then you probably just needed the bulbs. When my ballast went bad, it just quit working period. The bulb was fine.
