OK. all of a sudden, my moonroof and rear driver window don't work anymore.
I don't know if this is related, but it all started when I found about 2 inches of water in the spare tire wll in the trunk. It has since been dried out, etc.

The good news: The rear window has a blown fuse, which I am about to replace, which should cure the problem

The bad news: The moonroof fuses appear to be intact.


What is the next step in diagnosing the issue?

 

bad update:

I put the new fuse in for the rear driver side window, hit the swicth, and poof...it blew immediately.....looks like I have larger problems that I thought

 

newest thought: maybe the two wire harnesses for the sunroof and rear window got wet when everything else did.
