Help? Mooing car with crazy windsheild wiping

Help? Mooing car with crazy windsheild wiping
Hi people, i have a 99 acura tl and lately my car has been making cow noises. (The mooing comes from the rear of the car).
And when i need to use my windshield wipers i put it on the automatic switch and then it goes crazy. it goes so fast that it smacks side to side like it doesn't want to live no more. I've tried to tighten them up and position them to a better position but it ends up doing the same thing and reposition it self to the old way. someone please help with this.
Oh yea, one last time is that my A/C is taking in moister from out side. when i have the A/C on and if its wet out side. the air becomes humid and moist inside the car.
