Help!Misfire after engine work

So, i pulled my motor out on my TL took it apart and replaced every gasket, timing belt, water pump all the plugs I went to start it for the first time and I am getting a code p0302 and p1399 I know the first one is a cyl 2 mis but I have no idea where to start on the p1399.

When the motor was apart i cleared all the egr passages and everything like that I am out of ideas anything will help.

I just went through a misfire problem. Ended up being one bad coil.

P1399 is the generic ignition code (Manufactures control Ignition system OR Misfire). It's there because you have a cylinder misfiring.

Check the plug and try replacing the coil pack. You can get a duralast (hitachi reman) from autozone for $44.99.

sounds like a bad coil. Replace the #2 coil, reset the ECU and see if it comes back.
