You have misfire 1 2 5 and Randoms. You can mark your coils and move them around and see if the misfires follow the coils. If they dont follow the coils/plugs than your misfires are cylinder specific and you most likely have clogged injectors in those cylinders. Also whens the last time you got gas?

the first problem is the bosch plugs are not appoved for the TL
NGK Iridium are good- only denso or ngk iridium or platinum are approved for a reason
your 99 may be different part number than my 01, so ask the parts place, but take those Bosch out and return - they have a guarantee
I dont care if the parts bok listed it!

The coil misfire is usually 1 coil, so you get a known good one $45 and start at the first cyl the codes say- or start at cyl 1 if you want. Put new coil on- run engine- better? you found problem- not better- take new one and move to next cyl while putting original back on what you just tested
Coils are like lightbulbs- fragile inside andwork perfect one minute and the time time- nothing
You can reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery- that should clear a CEL, may require code reader to clear the stored codes
try seafoam in the intake manifold to clean out buildup and crud
good luck

2nd the spark plug issue. Those bosch don't work with a lot of cars. Go with OEM or the recommendations from the mods here.
