Help

So previously my right headlight got condensation built up in it after i took it to the wash. I ordered some 6k bulbs last week, and they finally arrived yesterday. I went to the Auto Hobby Shop here on base. Took out the old HID bulb and disconnected the relay wire. With a heat gun i got rid of most of the condensation exept the corner part (It wouldnt come out). After i was finished with that I put the new bulb in, and it still doesnt work. What could it be? I can get off base easily but I cannot get back into base unless its fixed. (At night time.)

Have SOME patience it's only been 25 minutes since you created the thread. Was the light not working before you pulled the old bulb? Did it stop working when it got water in it? Try switching bulbs from right to left headlights. If that doesnt give you answers move on and switch the ballasts or the ignitors. Did you search? There are many many threads about headlight issues and all are very similar.

It was only 30 mins....

Anyway. You need to FIX the condensation problem first. Not just dry it out. Your new bulbs will not last long if you don't get it sealed.

And do what srb said. Pinpoint the problem, whether its the bulbs, ballast, or ignitor.

check to see if the connections got wet. be careful with the ignitors and ballasts though - i think one or both hold a charge. is the other headlight working? if not, check the fuse.
