hello first timer here, need help.
I have a 2003 tl 3.2 type s all of the sudden the heated seats have stopped working, both of them, check and replaced the fuse (20A) checked underseat plugs they look good, dwhat else could be the problem?? any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated, its cold here.
it is a common problem to have them fail, there is the DIY on how to fix them. it does require ripping the seats apart.

we have a good diy- I trust ziners~
the passenger only gets bottem heat due to side airbag and passenger detection sensor system
driver gets lumbar and bottem sections
use of High heat on a constant basis is wrong- warm them on High then Low for duration

was the fuse ok- tested with different fuse?
and the relay ok- swapped with a matching relay?
one section to fail is normal, but loss of both seats suddenly points to a switch or main power issue
switches light up?
