Heater on 99 TL will only work after I go through the following procedure. Turn the car off. Turn it back on with heater control set to full heat. Also have to reach under the dash on the passenger side and tug on a wire hooked to the heater door actuator. Ran the diag and the code says I have a binding door. The heater works ok as long as I leave it on full auto and do not turn the temp down below 68 deg.

Question: Is there any adjustment or do I have a bad actuator?
