Headlight problem

Hey guys, I am having problem with my driver side headlight. Never experienced this kind of problem. Need some advice.

When I turn on the lights, it turns on but in few seconds the colour fades and then few mins later light goes off. If I turn it off and on again it comes up and goes off.

I am not sure if it's the blub problem or some other.

I am planning to go see mechanic soon, not the dealer.

Any thoughts?

swap out the bulbs from side to side and see if it happenes on the other side or still on teh same side. if it happens still on the same side might be a ballast or an ignitor, i know sounds like a lot of work but when you have the bumper off its easy. should take you about 45min-1hr to swap things over

Finally I took my car to the shop and tested by switching blubs and it was a blub problem. One of my blub was slightly burnt.
At first i thought I have to replace my ballast and other stuff but luckly I don't have to. I simply need to buy new blubs.
