I've got a 02 TLS. A while back my passenger side low beam headlight went out. Figuring it was a bad bulb I bought and tried two more. Neither worked. I checked the fusebox and the fuse was blown. I changed that but still no light. So I'm wondering how you can tell if its a bad ballast or igniter? I've read a few different posts about this and doesn't seem like there's a consensus. Does the fact that a fuse is blown at all help diagnose the problem?

buy a new ballast, swap ballast on your car to test it, if under warranty, let acura figure it out.
