What to you mean by super eggshell it? Push really slow?
Clean the TB with some good cleaner and a tooth brush, make sure the cables are lubed. Also have your motor mounts inspected. They will cause that as well. Last thing it could be is the trans.

my car would "jump" a bit when my rear motor mount was blown. i think, from what you have described, you might have a bad motor mount and that "jump" you are getting could be the engine moving around, returning into place. also check the TB cables and make sure the release and do not have excess tension on them, they could also need to be lubed up.

i have to eggshell it because the pedal feels rock hard and if i push it the way i drive my other car i would end up rear ending some 1 its as if there is something stuck under my pedal until it reaches a certain point .ill try cleaning the cables with some wd 40 see what happens

that kind of info is helpful in first post--so we can bypass some of the diagnosis
assuming the new parts are good~
remove engine plastic cover and lube throttle return springs
Smart to remove cables from mount and lube thru its length
remove air tube from filter to engine- spray with carb cleaner to plate inside TB

Drifting
I had a similar problem on a different car. The plate in the throttle body would gum up and stick. Would have to apply a bit of extra pressure on the pedal when it was at idle to get it to move until tb & plate was cleaned.

we need to add `how to clean TB plate` to the DIY with a link to seafoam diy so everyone does this important item--the throttle work I mean- keep your anti-seafoam opinions to yourself for this discussion <g>
Too many years have passed for the springs and cables not to be lubed
The owner book is vauge in its description of what needs to be lubed,,hidden in there is throttle stuff but,, without cover removal that doesnt get done
Most shops dont do it same as they dont lube the door hinges for you
The TB air plate is subject to all that oil and partially burnt vapors from the PCV-crankcase vent system- thru the metal tube and enters the airflow to the TB
Gunks up the hinge pin that allows plate to move freely
I lke seafoam aerosol -deep creep or homemade with spray bottle-- for TB cleaning
It works to clean AND leaves behind a lube oil thats great for the springs on the throttle return/cables, and for the pin inside the plate rotates on
Harbor freight tools sells a `cable lube tool` for 3 bucks- motorcycle shop wanted 15 for same item- makes cable lube a snap -add wd, silicone or deep creep thru straw at special hole- press until fluid comes out the other end of cable--done

I got this around 120K miles when it was stiff and then it wuold finally release but by then you have applied so much force that it jumps!!! It is the throttle cable as everyone has said.. its seems to stick from all the gunk over time.
I just sprayed mine with a lube on the cable and the ring thing its wound up on...
It helped but even after another 10K it feels like it will happen again.. I even sprayed the spring on the gas pedal in the cabin just in case...
Maybe a good cleaning inside the TB as well as cable outside might have been better. I was lazy so I just did the cable outside.
Let us know if that helped.

that round ring thing is the throttle return springs--that pull the throttle off--all the time
Clean and lube them
inside the TB for air plate is a maitenance all of us need to do
You cant escape the PCV crud and what it does to performance

used to happen to me, I cleaned my throttle body and it was good as new...apparentlyI didn't do the greatest job cleaning it cuz 10,000km later and its starting to stick again

the throttle body air plate is subject to constant oily crud from the PCV system
Its going to get dirty and need cleaning
Deep Creep helps in the TB cleaning as it leaves behind a lube oil for the hinge pivot the air plate moves on with throttle use
