Gas mileage issue on 3.2 TL 2000

Gas mileage issue on 3.2 TL 2000
I just bought used 3.2 TL 2000 
and it’s my favorite car but I’m kind of upset after looking and results on gas mileage. My car giving me most 370-390 km(toronto) on full tank. I just filled my tank and driving in city I noticed my two-three bars down already and just drove 45 km 
..on my half tank it was at 150 with AC … can anyone help me ..is it normal to get this average ? I don’t see any engine lights or problem ,checked air filter and it’s fine ..Help me because it’s kind of worrying me now after buying this expansive car
