fuse or electrical problem

I was working on the steering wheel and clockspring mod, I decided to clean my battery terminals over again with terminal cleaner. My Dumbass forgot to rinse n wipe clean afterwards. So when I turned on the car, shit sizzled, and now my passenger side Windows don't work with my driver controls, and my power locks don't work as well as ny fob. Just checked the fuses today and nothing is fried. So what am I missing? I'm bugging out right now. I just bought a fuse tester and more fuses. My tester lights up green for all my suspected uses. So whats my problem?

Nope, havent checked that one. Where is it? And how do i test that one? Can i use the fuse tester and pit the prong on the fuse or does it need to make metal contact?

get a multi-meter to test anything electrical
Need to make sure power is getting to the fuses- not just able to pass thru one
Don't know exact location of main fuse- cant be that hard to find under hood!

there is a lot of stuff you could have hurt
Lets Work the Problem People!

may be in the driver door- a multiplex unit is in there- controls all that stuff
Great place- not totally waterproof...much like our headlights

relays or the ol bad solder under relay board trick? that's going around the board now
