Funky Lights!

Now i have been a member of this site for a lil while, i have been searching for and swer bout my lights. My driver side light started to mess up. When turning the lights on for the first time of the day, the lights would POP on like normal, they would burn a nice blue! Then slowly hafter running for about 10 sec of warming up the driverside light would slowly transition and start burning red. Then the light went out all together. I dont know wut to do, i want to take my other light which is working to see if it will work on the oppisite side. But i got scared of the damn 25,000 volt DEATH sticker. Anyone have any ideas of wut may be my problem and is the light buld swap easy? let me know plz. thanks

Since the other one works fine, switch the bulb over. It may be just your bulbs. I bought a new set on ebay for 65 bucks. If the problem still occurs, switch the ignitors to the other side. If it doesn't happen, then it's your ignitors that's messed up. If it's still the same, then it's your ballast. Don't let the sticker scare you. Just turn off your car while doing this. When you are ready to test if it works, turn it on. No problem. When you find out the problem, let me know. good luck.

sound like you'll need a new bulb.

Ok i will try that this weekend, as soon as it stops raining! That might be a good idea. Well truth be told my second light is going out too. The second one is going through exactly wut the first one did....start off with a tint of pink, then changing to redish purple couple days after, then jus not coming back on but flickers on and off when first turning the lights on, to finally not responding at all. I dont know. I love my car but i dont have 5 million dollars to fix EVERYTHING when a bulb goes out! Damn! I was going to ask....is it pretty hard to test all this, cuz i know the driverside bulb is covered by like everything!

So the other bulb it went out to?
I think it's easier take off the bumper and the headlight assembly.
Cuz you don't really have that much room to play with it.
It's really easy to take the bumper off.
Took me about 5 minutes, maybe not even. ( I got it off a bounce of time).
