Found a starter module from a company called "Astroflex" The model is an MV "astroflex mv 392-127-300" anyway i can find a universal remote or something to see if this is functional and see if i can use it? Michigan is freezingggg!

 

do you mean you went digging in the dash and found an old module?
possibly from a failed and removed system?

if the system isn't there = good clue as to why not!
