exterior trim on "B" Pillar fading

exterior trim on "B" Pillar fading

is there an easy way to replace the trim on the B pillar that fades?

Take it off, sand it smooth and repaint gloss black, wrap it in black vinyl or buy new ones. Most just take them off and repaint them themselves

do what i did took me about 1.5 hours. mine were really bad so i made sure that when i sanded them i got it all smooth, and also i was taking pic. should only be an hour or so job.
