exhaust tip came off

exhaust tip came off
Hey guys, I have a 99 TL. The other night I backed into a pile of snow and it took off the tip of my exhaust. I tried to put it back on but you can’t tighten the screw any. Any ideas? I'm just trying to find a quick solution; I can always get it welded back on.

get some 3A tips from an auto store $15-$20 bucks and it brings out the rear of the car.
