Exhaust Q.

A flage between Cat Conv and Exhaust Pipe B got rusted and my 03 TL-S with 145K sounds bad.
Looks like to Acura CConv cost 1160 and Pipe 260.
So what are my options. Love my TL, wanna keep it.
