EGR valve replaement?

pressure test the cooling system,,there is no GOOD reason for it to be low!!
only bad reasons~
way low,,not good- has the temp guage been moving at all-
or staying solid 1-2 lines below half- where it always runs?
oil looks good? should be low from trying to compensate for low rad cooling action
no brown or foamy on stick, not suddenly ABOVE the full line?
was the water pump replaced--the 105 service done?

the 70$ @ my local autozone was for the EGR valve.. sorry for the confusion, and i just changed my oil about a month ago ( due to having to replace the oil pan, stripped drain plug, i had talked about in a different thread as well lol, nothing but bad luck lately this this car..) so the oil is not low, and is actually very clean, even on changes the oil is actually pretty clean..maybe another week or 2 ill run some more seafoam in the oil, take a nice trip on the parkway/highway... and change my oil after that just to get some more life out of the good oil already in there..
the temp is working fine, its cold when i start up, slowly heats up, runs @ normal running level... the rad fluid wasnt empty, just very low.. i take full responsibility for this though i havent checked it in a while, just so caught up in everything else lol.. no excuses..
i also checked lines to the motor mounts today, they are connected, and i have no idea if they are OEM or not, as far as timing belt & water pump, i was told yes they were done, the guy i bought it from told me the couple he bought it from had it done from the dealer, apparently they had paper work to prove it, but i honestly dont know, would i be able to tell if it was done? or find out?..

did you get the dealership name- they have records filed by the cars VIN
burp the cooling system since you added a lot to it- make sure heater is on hot and fan on (open windows) so it circulates all the coolant
FIND the reason for loss of coolant- use pressure tester if no obvious signs
NO loss is normal!
my 01 comes up to temp in a few minutes then stays 2 lines below half
Is yours near that--you said rises slowly?

yea i have the dealership, its the Montclair, NJ acura.. ill give them a call on monday... and will do, with the coolant.. but my tempertature gauge seems fine to me, rise slowly meaning as the cars heats, the needle rises, like it doesnt just shoot up to normal running temp from 0 lol

it should only take a few minutes to show normal operating temp,,thats my question to ck operation of thermostat and figure out coolant leak
any sicky sweet smell when you run the heater?
