Driver's side brake does not release. Help!

I am having problems with my driver's side brake. I would drive for several miles and everything is ok. Then, all of the sudden the brake pad refuses to move away from the brake disk. I have to stop, wait for about 20-30 minutes then continue. Yesterday, i replaced the brake caliper as someone told me that most likely it is the caliper that causes the brake not to release the disk. Well, this morning after driving for about 5 miles, the problem came back. If anyone has experienced the same problem, please let me know. Thanks!

You need to flush the fluid on that side. Looks like heat expands the oil causing the problem.
