driver side turn signal
well on my 99 tl, i was wondering where would the fuse for the driver side turn signal be, not the tail light signal, front driver side, cause it blinks fast at times, but sometimes it fixes it self and goes back to normal and lights up, when it blinks fast, the tail signal light bulb works, but not the driver side, i went to this body shop who fixed my front end, and he said it could be the bulb thats causing it, but can anyone tell me where that fuse would be, driver side fuse box im guessin but what fuse, thanks.

If it were the fuse, the blinker light would NEVER work at all. Got to be the bulb. Probably the filiment in the bulb is detached from one end and is bouncing around, sometimes making contact and sometimes not. Replace the bulb.

And if you have big arms/hands that is not an easy chore to do.
Easiest to have the tires turned inward on the side you are replacing to reach bulb. Take out the gromlets holding the wall in the wheel well to the fenders. Once the gromlets are out, pull the wall back and just reach in to the signal bulbs. Just twist counterclockwise and it should come right out, then same for the actual bulb, twist counterclockwise and pull out.
