Driver side high/low beam dont work!!!

I try to do a fog light mode today and for some reason I couldnt get them to work by doing fog light mode ver2 so I try #1, since I couldnt get to www.acurainspired.com website for the DIY I decided to do it myself, only thing I got confused and I put the red wire (last one, right after black/red wire) with white/red wire. After that my fogs and low beams didnt work So I though It was a burned fuse so I switched #1 fuse in passanger side (20 amp) with new one and only one works, the passanger side one.

I am not sure what is wrong, the driver side low beam doesnt start, it flickers for couple seconds and shuts off, when it does that the high beam driver side also wants to come on but its very dimmed and after 2 sec both of them go off. When I want to put the high beams on only passanger side one works along with low beam.

I have no clue what could be wrong, I just hope I didnt burned the ballast.

Another thing I cant find a fuse for low beams or high beams I though It was #1 and #8 in passanger side but it looks like they marking (P/W front L, P/W front R) are for the door window.

I took off bumper today and swaped the headlights and the ballast (attached and located below the headlight) and bulb works fine but once you plug it back to driver side again, it does the same thing as it did before, any1 got a clue what else could be wrong?

igniter, relay? how the look and where are they located, going to try to see if something is wrong with them if I can find them.

There is a left headlight fuse and right side headligh fuse. Ballast and igniter will almoast never fail, plus you said you swapped sides and it works. It must be the fuse. Make sure you look in all fuse boxes, (under hood, and inside the car.).
It sounds like a blown fuse, nothing serious.

Yeah I have located the fuse box under the hood close to the windshield in a big black box along with other relays and fuses, and it happen to be a burned out fuse, all the work removing bumper was for nothing I am just glad it wasnt nothing serious
