I had the Dealer change out my heating element for the butt about 8 months ago. My car at the time was still covered under warranty. Now I have 53k and the heating element has gone out again. I don't really want to take it back to the same Acura Dealer becuse the last time I went there, one of the guys in the dealership stole a bluetooth headset from my car. In the end they found the guy and bought me a new one. Do you if the Dealer will still fix now that my car has past the 50k mark? Should I even go back to the same dealer, or will another dealership take care of me. Thanks for your answers and suggestions...

 

I would say go back to the same one that replaced the part that broke so fast. I doubt another dealer would replace a part that they had no say in installing or anything. Its worth a try and since they stole someone from you last time maybe they will deal with you.
