Driveability issue

Hello,

I have a 2003 Acura TL. I just had the transmition replaced & the very next day I had an issue leaving the house. When going slow through a parking lot not appling the brake the car will intermitatly go into a limp mode for a second. Applying the brake or swithing the shifter to tiptronic will stop the singnal & it will come out of it. If nothing is done it will only last a few seconds & the car takes off. I have had it back to the tranny shop several times becasue I was assuming that the torque converter sticking was causing the issue however the last time it was in they finaly got a code out of the ABS module 31 - 02 & 61 -01, indicating that the timing was being retarted & had nothing to do with the tranny. I replaced the ABS module just to rule it out & the same thing happens. It can be days in between events so it is so hard to trouble shoot. Like I said, it will only do when crawling through a parking lot after you first start it, warm or cold it doesn't matter. Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated, I'm at the end of my rope with this issue.

Possibly a speed sensor. Seeing it happened right after the replacement, my guess is either a wire got damaged or a connector isnt fully plugged in?

Possible, I had it back to the tranny shop several times & they say they checked everything & nothing is related. Being that this always happens when rolling with no gas then once you go to accelerate it happens I wonder if the IACV may be the issue? From the research I've done it sound like it is pretty common. Another reason I'm pointed that direction is it started idling up & down intermiently a few weeks ago. I did a vacum test on all the line & couldn't find any leaks so I think it may be the IACV sticking. Be nice if that was the issue.. I'll cross my fingers..
