Door panel issue

Ok so today when my friend was getting in the front passenger seat in my car, he went to shut the door and the panel came undone. Someone told me that it was because of the glue and because its hot outside but I didn't think the door panel was glued to the door. I then saw some topic about door clips, could I be missing some of those? I had to have that window replaced about a year or so ago because my car was broken into and that window was shattered. I noticed that the door panel seemed to move a bit more when pulled on and it seemed kinda strange but I thought it was just nothing. My TL is an '03 and I really have no idea what to do so I would really appreciate any help

It ended up being a missing screw if anyone cares. I don't know how the screw was missing in the first place but a word of advice: don't try to find the screw yourself, just save yourself the hassle and order it through acura lol

that screw shouldnt have come out unless someone took the door panel off recently and forgot to put it back in.

Well as I said a year ago the window was smashed so we thought that maybe the guy who replaced it didn't put the screw back in. My dad got the window replaced while I was at school so I don't really know. I did notice that the door panel seemed to be a bit looser after the window was replaced so maybe it was never put back in. I really have no idea though. I never bothered to check because I figured it wasn't a big deal, my bad lol
