Does anyone have this or know where i can get this
Does anyone have this or know where i can get this
I CANNOT CONTINUE REPAIRING MY 2001 ACURA TL (SEDAN) UNTIL I GET A NEW ONE OF THESE. I HAVE CHECKED ALL THE JUNKYARDS WITHIN 75 MILES OF ME I have checked everywhere online even here https://www.acuraoemparts.com/auto-p...at/bumper-scat And no #6 is not it just check it out using a google image search of the part listed as #6 it is not it.
For some reason Acura dropped the ball on cataloging this part there was not even a part number stamped on this part that i need. I am gonna see people tell me a Auto Body shop can get one from somewhere I don't think so (do they have a secret parts creating Lab LOL! ! ! !) maybe they could straighten it out tac weld or something. But please if anyone has this Part or knows where i can get hit me up or even know what it Actually is Called (on paper).
Not sure I understand why YOU think that #6 part # 71140-S0K-A00 is not the part you need?
Here's one on the link below, that looks like it is in Russia, with a picture, that looks just like the one in YOUR picture and has the part # 71140-S0K-A00 associated with it and listed as #6 in your link above.

Because if you do a Google Image search of 71140-S0K-A00
Because if you do a Google Image search of 71140-S0K-A00 You will get a whole bunch of different results of what is obviously not the part but now that you are doing it maybe some show up as actually what i need i just cannot confirm it. and pay for something that might turn out to not be it.

What more proof do you need?
The picture on the link I provided you shows the part. The part # 71140-S0K-A00, listed as #6 on the vendor websites for your TL indicates it is the correct part.
Have you taken your mangled part to an Acura dealer parts dept., for sh!ts and grins, and asked THEM if 71140-S0K-A00 is the correct part #?!?
The Nearest dealership is 120 miles
I will definitely consider buying it now, I am gonna see what the auto body shop tells me which might be the same thing it is the part 71140-S0K-A00 Thanks for the link man when i google searched it a few days ago that link you provided was not there or any parts that looked like the part that i needed showed up in the search results. I will keep updated.
Keep in mind that you have three model years of TL's that this part fits on:
2001 Acura TL SEDAN
2000 Acura TL SEDAN
1999 Acura TL SEDAN
Search car-part.com for those model years in your local vicinity. There has to be at least 'one' within a reasonable distance from you. The odds are if you find one of those cars, in a salvage yard, near you, it may have an intact front end with the part you need for less $$ than the dealership.
Otherwise, during business hours tomorrow, invest an little 'phone time' with your Acura dealer, 120 miles away, and get the confirmation you need. Don't rely on 'google images' to muck up your thinking.
How many times have you come across a parts website, that shows alleged pictures of a part, only to qualify it below with the following statement: 'Part shown may not represent actual listed part'?

I'm a little confused why this conversation is still going on lol.
Based on the pictures the OP has uploaded they have a front end design where the grill is integrated with the hood. This is indicative of the pre 2002 version TL AND also the single (full body width) support bar for the front bumper cover (this is separate from the foam that goes between the bumper beam and the bumper cover).
Perhaps there is confusion because google tends to show the analog (two-piece) parts for 2002 and later Acuras which may be confusing, but if you look at the part numbers for those google images, you will see they do not match what you originally searched for.
Setting aside the differences on the topic "is this the right part?" It's a metal part, and I always recommend going to a junkyard for such as you will get it for far less (if you can find an Acura that was rear ended
)

Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market is basically an online junkyard too..
Honestly I refuse to believe that all your local junkyards have this part already stripped from the TL's they have. I see 5-10 new TL's of this gen in my junkyards every time I go, and I go about once a month. And I've only seen that part already pulled maybe 3-4 times in the past year lol
