Dirty Headlights

Hey everyone im new to this site and i just bought a 2002 TL. I got the car dirt cheap and it is in pretty good condition besides a few small scratches and whatnot. One problem i have is there is a layer of something on the headlights which makes them looked fogged up. I took a look at it and its def. on the outside its not moisture insdie... so my question is does anybody have any tips on how to remove it or anything i can do that will help ??

You can polish them and there are DIY instructions somewhere on this forum.

There's also a $20 "Crystal View Headlight Restoration" product that some forum members have had good experiences with:

I bought this myself for my 1999 TL but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Walmart has a haze remover product..can't remember the name..do a search and it should show some pics of folks here that used it. I hear it works very well and restores to pretty much new condition..nice n clear!!
