Deactivating Ultimate Security Systems - 99 TL

Hi guys,

I have a 99 TL and a few months ago the Acura dealer (Bay Area, CA) had to
replace the ignition system (the part where the key goes in). Unfortunately,
the guys that did the work partially deactivated the alarm system (the one
that was installed when I bought the car in 1999) by cutting some wire.
As a result, if I lock the car from the inside (while driving for instance), the alarm
goes off...
So my question is simple: how do completely deactivate the thing?
On the few papers I have, it says 1998 Directed Electronics Inc. and I have
some black stickers that say ULTIMATE Auto Security Systems.
Unfortunately the 800 number's disconnected...

Cheers,
Bitor

Forgot to mention that I did try to switch to Valet mode but unsuccessfully.
Although, at some point, after trying a few times, I got my car to not even start
anymore...
Hence my hope of deactivating the alarm altogether.

Look up under the dash for a wire harness with 2, maybe 3 fuses poking out of it. Once you find it, just pull the fuses.
