My little brother just crash my car. Lucky he isn't hurt, the car spun out when he was entering a ramp on the FDR. He told me there is minor damage, just a little damage to the front bumper and fender but the car isn't starting. Anyone know why? Also, why the car spun out, he say he didn't know, he had his baby in the car so I know he wasn't driving hard. I am heading there but anyone know why it isn't starting??? i call my insurance company and they say it mgiht be the battery cable or the car lock up, if so anyway to unlock it?
