Da Eff?

So my steering wheel volume controls for the radio decided they both wanna do the same thing so down and up both raise the volume.....ideas?

wow, someone sorta has the same problem as me... cept my buttons don't work unless it's turned at a certain angle, and sometimes i dont even get the same result.
I'm in for some answers.

Mine did that before. I used a toothbrush and did some cleaning and now back to normal.

Its most likely the copper ring behind the steering wheel. There is a remote radio fix pdf link in one of the radio fix threads. try searching for it. If not ill try to post the link later

still wondering on what to do.
I also saw the thread leading to the thread mentioned above, but that wasn't much help due to the fact that IDK what's going on in the pictures.
