so i kinda bought the car like this, its a working progess kind of car, i noticed the cluster lights wouldnt turn on knor the shift lights i rememberd that i was having the same issue when i had my previous acura and decide to change out the stock radio and when i did i didnt ground the wire, so i waited to figure out the problem and today i changed out the stock radio and installed a aftermarket radio, i grouned the wire like i did before but yet still no light in cluster or shift... all codes turn on lights but no odometer's

 

Fuse under the hood called small lights i think its a 15amp

 

also on the side panel driver side a fuse called instrument/back up.

 

Already looked at those nothing's blown

 

Any other ideas?

The radio provides power for those lights. Make sure it's wired correctly.
