title says it. i installed an rca remote for a sound system, i was wondering if i shortened one of the wires that causes the interior lights to not turn on when headlights/parking lights are on. i checked fuses, can it be anything else? as in jus burned out?, but they turn on when headlights are off. only when i turn the headlights on, u cant see anything. its not the brightness level. soo pleaseeee help
