Last year I bought 2003 Acura 3.2TL. The clock light has never worked on it. Although, the local Acura dealer said there should be a light eluminating the clock.

Does anyone know how to access the light bulb so it can be changed?

 

You have to remove the black trim on the dash. Use part of this DIY to remove it.

I changed mine, but the blub burned out couple days later, and i gave up ....
