Class action suit against Acura prompted by trans failures

While researching the web I came across a guy that had his second trans fail so I emailed him for any info or ideas on how he got that fixed out of warranty. I need to follow up on this but he said that there is currently a class action suit against Acura to extend the warranty of the vehicle to 109,000 miles bceause of the thousands of people that have trans failures. I have not verified this but from what I got it a full warranty not just on the trans.

I'm going to look into it more and will post more info when I get it but for now call 619-231-8666 ask for Rose.

The link you posted indicates "A law firm is investigating a potential class action..." not that one has been filed.

Additionally, the trolling for people to join the action was initially posted almost 2.5 YEARS ago, May 29, 04, and they still have not filed? What's wrong with this picture? All for 9,000 more miles of coverage?
