Changed Timing belt now car wont start

Changed my timing belt tensioner was bad now car wont start, car will crank starter making hi pitch sound not usual sound any Ideals check with code reader no codes

It could be a serious problem if your timing marks are off, or the belt was not put back correctly.

timing marks are line up according to book Helms

double check the marks! then check for unplugged connectors around the area you worked!!!!

Unhappy could i cause damage if timing is off and trying to start

Change timing belt tensioner did not time right car wont start could i have cause damage to car engine hoping i have time right now will see have to press tensioner

yes, you can cause damage. Mostly to the valves. Hopefully you didnt. After aligning timing adjust valves.

how is the order of cylinders is it 5-6
back3-4 front

can not time the car or something still will not start thought i had it but i didnt
