I recently purchased 1999 Acura 3.2 TL, CD player is not accepting any CD. At first I have tried my burn Cd's but then when player did not accepted them, I have tried standard audio CD too but nothing worked. What is happening is I put the CD into the player, it goes inside ...some noise comes for 2-3 seconds as it happens in any other player but then instead of playing or giving any message, it just eject the CD out...

Sounds like it broke. I would look for a 02-03 hu from a TL and install that, or a aftermarket HU as they play burned CDs WAY better than the 99-01s do
