i sprayed carb cleaner into the 6 holes and the egr. would anything go bad with the engine? or maybe a oil change would help?

 

So you shot carb clean in the intake right- no biggee
Were you cleaning the EGR?
There is a good thread with pics on fully cleaning all the passageways of the manifold
Should not be an issue with your oil but if you Seafoam to really clean the internals- an oil change never hurt afterwards

 

Shouldn't be a huge deal...

Also, the next time you use carb cleaner, pick up a couple of cans of Seafoam's Deep Creep! I've used the stuff, and it's excellent.
