Car Making Metal Scraping Noise When Braking
Hello everyone,
I seem to have been having a tough issue with my passenger front wheel. A week ago, I noticed a metallic scraping noise that was coming from the wheel, maybe due to the brake pads getting low and the indicator beginning to make noise. So, I decided to replace both my brake pads and brake rotors to see if that fixed the issue. While I had the caliper off, I didn't see any area where the rotor was scraping on either the dust cover behind the rotor, or the caliper itself. After I properly installed the rotor and pads, I test drove the car, and the noise is still there! The sound only occurs when I'm braking, and always will occur when I turn left and brake. Does anyone have any advice? Is this something that might go away as the pads wear on?
Thanks!

From what I've seen in these forums and reading about noises coming from brakes/wheels when turning it could be coming from your wheel bearing. It will make noise when turning the wheel all way one in one direction. You may also want to try and bleed the brake line and see if this helps.
