Car Hops when wheels spin with TCS on

I dunno if this is normal or not, but when TCS is on and i step on it if the wheels spin the car seems to hop around. When i turn TCS off and step on it both wheel's will spin like they should.

You mean you have pushed the TCS button after starting the car?

If the light is "on" that means the TCS system is in fact disabled and your wheels are spinning. If the TCS light is flashing, the system is brake the spinning wheels and working its magic.

When the light is off the system is enabled, and that's when the car exhibits the hopping/shuddering when the wheel's are slipping. When the lights off and the system is dis-engaged the wheels spin normally

Well the TCS system simply brakes the front wheels that are slipping, it might not be working properly though. Somewhat hard to diagnose something like that over the internet.

if your accelerating while the light is flashing and your feeling the hopping/shuddering feeling thats normal.. when you shut it off and it feels normal is normal. now if you shut the TCS off and it still did that hopping/shuddering then you have a problem.
