I have a 2002 3.2TL and the rear view mirror somehow wiggled off the mounting base and I can't figure out how to remount it. The base is very much secured to the glass. There seems to be very few parts I can remove. Mirror is a Donnelly 011530. Again, the base did not separate from the glass. The mount at the base of the mirror stem separated from the base which is adhered to the glass. Thanks in advance. Paul

I'm unsure if I can help, but when the mirror came off....could you tell if there was a spring clip within the mounting base ? There's a mounting lug inside of the base which must have the mirror's bracket tapped on to, before attaching the mirror's wiring cover. Good luck, take some time to look a little closer.

 

I'll look but not sure what I'm looking for. I'll also look for a parts list with parts diagram from Donnelly.
