Can a cracked bumper be fixed?

Usually yes. Sometimes the labor to do so is more costly than the replacement part. Check with local body shops for a price to see.

How about a front bumper where the license plate goes. I took my front plate off and saw an indentation (not a crack) where the plate frame is. Like it was tightened too much, or the car hit something causing an outline on the top of the plate frame. Now when I take my front plate off you can see this friken outline where the top left and right frame was. I will get a few pics tomorrow. I really want it fixed.

Yes, I think we all know about hookups. Paint/body work is the hardest to have a connection with... people don't really like doing paint/body work things on the side, unless they own the business and are good friends with you. I thought I had a good connection at my local Acura dealership, but I can't get in contact with him via phone...
Ok, yea, I looked further, and this bumper is trashed underneath the front lip. It's cracked from the bottom of the bumper up to 3 inches over the lip.
New lip is on its way... so that's good.
Debating on whether to order my own bumper from AcuraOEMParts and having a shop paint it along w/ my rear WW lip and installing it myself... or having another shop do everything from buying to painting to installing. Although, I then have to take off the bumper anyway to install the lip. (The shop won't do it.)
It's really only atheistic... I don't even know if I want to get it fixed right away. Merh.

The average person can't really notice it in person.
It's ever so slight... but the other lip was like that...
It's 5 year old paint on the car vs. a new pre-painted part from Acura.
The bumper is a perfect color match -- and that was painted w/out seeing the car, so that's good.
