Have these 3 Hard lines at the end of the drawn in arrow and are believed to be oxidized and one of which has rotted out. So am going to be replacing the line and tried following it back but am unsure what they are through diagrams so figured I’d ask the community. 👍

If I had to guess based on placement, from that picture, I'd say 'brake lines'.
Since you do not specify the year of your TL, I used 2001, on the link below, based on your 'flat' upper intake manifold cover.
