Can anyone determine where leak is coming from

Just bought a 1999 Acura TL with about 118000 miles on it. Took it home and found spots on my drive way where I parked the TL overnight . Took a look under the car and it seemed to have oil marks around the oil pan . It's driving me nuts . Here are some pics

Please some one help me out! btw I'm a new member on this forums and I look forward to hearing from you guys!
Thanks in advanced !

Thanks that's what I had in mind! Is there any DIY write ups on how to replace the gasket ? also on the first picture there is that big bolt in the middle of the picture that's where I see oil the most.

Looking at it again, it looks like maybe the gasket has been possibly done again..looks like some excess Hondabond gasket that would seem too much to be factory? I'm not 100% sure what that large bolt (maybe someone else knows offhand) is but it is above the pan gasket so maybe the leak is coming from above. Maybe best thing to do since everything is so oily would be to clean the whole undercarriage so that you can try to pinpoint the leak.
