Question Burning rubber smell...

I've been getting a burning rubber smell from my car lately, and I have no idea where it's coming from. I begin smelling it almost instantly after driving my car. It doesn't come thru the AC vents; I can only smell it with my windows down. It's VERY subtle. I can't figure out where it's coming from; I smelled all my wheel wells and under the hood after parking my car, and it's not coming from any of these areas. My car seems to be driving fine though; engine temp. is normal, no warning lights have come on and gear shifts have been smooth.

Any ideas?

had something similar once. id look around to see if anything has gotten stuck or melted to the exhaust system that could be causing the smell.
