brake pipes
I have an 03 TL that has rusted out brake pipes. It's an east coast car & has some rust under it. The problem is that the brake pipes that run under the left side of the body with the fuel linse has rusted thru & is leaking brake fluid.
Has anyone had to replace their brake pipes & if so what is involved ?

Actually, they are termed brake pipes by Acura.

If they are leaking please tell me you stopped driving the car?
You can buy them and replace them yourself but it will be tricky and time consuming. You will have to bleed the system when done.

ok totald' you found one to bust me on,,now be nice~
acura parts diagrams--I should have guessed!!
a modern tech would not refer to them as pipes `on average`
but Im not used to replacing anything but the rubber lines at the end of the system- to calipers
