Your cylinders are misfireing..
It is a bad coil pack or maybee u need new plugs..

I had a coil pack go bad and my car shook really bad and i could not drive over like 50-60MPH or the car would feel like it would shake itself into pieces..
Check the CEL code the cylinders in type-s are
back
123
456
front
and they fire 1-4-2-5-3-6 so if you have a misfire in code 4-2-5 replace coil 4 first and go from there..Lemme know if this helps!

No u do not need valve adjustement just a bad coil pack what where the exact code?
P0300 , po304? Please list the exact codes and I will let u know what to do so you do not waste $$$ cuz the dlr will try and rip u off..
YOU DO NOT NEED A VALVE ADJUSTMENT
U NEED A COIL PACK $50 from the DLR I got 4 for like $75 off Ebay..
I have a couple extra if u live in NJ i can help!
