bent exhaust

This is what happened when I let my friend drove; she was backing out of my lane and landed in a ditch. It was the first time and last time she’ll drive my TL. Any suggestions on how I should fix it like new?

first, i would put the rubber hanger piece back on cuz u don't want that exhaust hanging around like that, and then take a picture of the "bent pipe" cuz we don't kno wat is bent and how badly its bent, if its the axle back part, then look into comptech axlebacks
