Question battery dead .. need alarm bypass

my battery died and in the process of jump starting it my alarm went off.... factory alarm in which i dont have the key fob for... so is there a fuse or equivilent i can pull to finish trying to jump start my car? without the alarm blowing me away? plz help i need my car .... it a 2000 tl about 96k thx

allright got the battery charged (took out the horn relay fuse.) but the alarm goes off if I open the door,, or make any jarring movement in or aroun d the car. the alarm shuts off after about 2 min. but the process continues wheather the keys are in the ignitioin or not. ohhh maybe i need to reset the key...
